Working hand-in-hand with municipalities, waste generators, waste pickers, and households, our own transport carriers and recycling stations give us control over the entire collection and recycling cycle.

Trashonomy has a collection system that  guarantee efficient and environmentally sound handling of post-consumer plastic waste.

Trashonomy has a centralized material or resource recovery facility with necessary infrastructure, machinery, tools and human power to sort, clean and store non-biodegradable discards from the waste collected from the Households, Commercials and Hospitality industry and made it available for production or consumption purposes.

The facility have bailing and shredding facilities. The recyclable waste will be sorted and channelized for recycling while the non-recylable plastics are shredded and used for road tarring.

Post Consumer Recycled Plastics require less than 20% of the energy needed to produce virgin from petrochemicals, saving enormous amounts of greenhouse gases. To achieve this we first separate polymeric materials from highly complex waste products.

In the second step we clean, sort and purify the resulting plastics by type and grade until they’re ready for re-use in demanding applications – replacing virgin plastics and closing the loop.
